Or you may raise your concerns directly to our Complaint Officer through:

• All complaints received are acknowledged in writing (Electronically). We will send the customer an acknowledgment letter (Electronically) within five working days upon receipt of the complaint. The final response and resolution will be sent in writing within 4 weeks (Electronically).
• If you are not satisfied with the response, you may need to inform the “Complaint Officer” who will escalate the matter to higher level at the Company for final response.
• If your complaint is not resolved within four weeks or the response does not meet your expectation; you may escalate the matter to the Central Bank of Bahrain” CBB at www.cbb.gov.bh within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the Company's letter.
